Christie, RD is hiring a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) to provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and support corporate wellness programs. This is a hybrid role based in Greensboro, NC, offering a combination of in-person client care and remote flexibility.
You will work directly with clients to deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling, develop personalized care plans, and support long-term behavior change. This role also includes leading workplace wellness presentations and participating in worksite wellness events.
This position is ideal for a dietitian who wants to build clinical expertise, gain mentorship, and work in a collaborative private practice setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nutrition counseling and assessments.
- Develop personalized nutrition care plans (diabetes, weight management, chronic disease, food allergies, autoimmune conditions).
- Deliver corporate wellness presentations and group nutrition education sessions.
- Participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and wellness programs.
- Follow up with clients to support retention and continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate documentation, scheduling, and client records.
- Stay current with evidence-based nutrition research and best practices.
- Support content creation (educational materials, blog posts, or social media).
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and documentation standards.
- Collaborate with team members and contribute to practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
- Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
- Based in or near Greensboro, NC.
- Experience in nutrition counseling, private practice, or outpatient settings preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with both one-on-one counseling and group presentations.
Compensation and Benefits:
